Hi! I usually listen to the sessions through my phone speakers, but yesterday I tried using headphones and felt like there was a difference – but I’m not totally sure.

Has anyone else noticed this? What worked best for you?

Thanks!

I only use noise canceling headphones for this. It helps me completely focus so I get the best of each session

I like it better with headphones as well. It could be that it cancels out all other sounds, or that Dr. Spiegel’s voice is “closer”
