I’m stumbled on this app while listening to Tim Ferris Podcast and Dr.Spiegel was his guest I have been living with the most profound grief and pain and finding this app has saved my life, I’m forever grateful and I’ll continue to use it and share the wonderful relief and science of it… So Thank you so much for this, it means the world to me and I have been able to return to my life and process my grief and trauma and to deal and cope with every challenge that comes my way, listening to the voice saying that I can face every challenge and that I am not alone it’s been incredible and it has transformed my life… ---
