# Master Class 6: Reflect and Grow - a challenge

This masterclass has been the hardest for me; when you are older, the challenges that mount up in a lifetime boggles the mind.  
Just when you think you had closure on issues that occurred almost 50 years ago, you realize that you barely scratched the surface. It’s okay that you are not okay! As Dr. Spiegel says “face your vulnerabilities””; it’s the only way….I don’t find that easy.  
Hopefully, I will emerge from this masterclass with new insights into age old issues that I swept under the rug.
