I am happy to report that I have completed all 7 masterclasses in the sleep program; I need to go back and work so that my actual sleep can improve. I have about 4 days of any given week at an “ok” sleep level. I feel I need much more sleep each night. So, I will continue to work on my imagination, focus and concentration. This is a great program! To think, I was a terrible insomniac when I started!
