I dont know how to go about this goal. How can I design a hypnosis plan with planned sessions? I dont know how to create an effective plan for myself. Oh and also, I’m one of the hard ones to hypnotize that will get some benefits but not all of them.
Hi Fannie, I’m very sorry for my delayed response. Have you tried a combination of Eat Well and either Quit Any Habit or Control Any Habit? I’d recommend the following: Start off each day with both Eat Well and one of the aforementioned habit sessions. Then whenever you feel the sugar cravings kick in, power up the Eat Well session again, and/or use the Quick Relief “Merge the Urge.” You could also bring Cyclic Sighing into the mix.
