I don’t have any problems in my life really, or stresses. My only bad problem is that I can’t sleep at night.
I don’t seem able to perform the exercises. When asked to think of somewhere I felt joyful and safe I can’t think of any. I don’t know how to project problems into a mental screen, I just don’t know how to do it. I suppose I just don’t have any imagination.
When I did come up with a problem and told that I can come up with many solutions I just get a panic attack because I know I don’t have any solutions because they are just worried about the future.
I did the hypnotic test and came out moderate, but I’m not sure that’s correct. I don’t think I really get hypnotised at all.
I hope someone can help a bit. Not excited miracles.
