I can’t do focus fast enough to follow directions

I’ve just signed up and started the weight loss sessions. It seems it goes too fast for me to relax. Look up, close eyes, float, lift arm. I can’t relax that fast. The whole time I am thinking about how I’m not relaxed enough and my mind wanders. I don’t think I heard much of the session due to my mind thinking of everything else. And do you keep your arm up the whole time?? I was lying down. I can’t relax at all sitting in a chair. Thanks!!

I have the same experiences when I do the sleep program; I find it best to do cyclic breathing exercises for a long time, first, to focus my concentration. Also, doing the one-minute exercises help me get into the rhythm of doing the sleep program. I hope this helps you!
