I am so fearful and ashamed of my anger that i project it, repress it, and consequently can’t acknowdge it or find it in my body. Result of this repression is anxiety, depression … What practices in Reveri might help me be safec with my anger?
Hi there, i love this question as its similar to me. I use control any habit (becoming/projecting anger), emotion. I’m also releasing anger by bashing pillows in a safe environment. Both are helping immensely.

Thanks Wendy. I had a recent success where instead of trying to deflect my anger by projecting it and cowering as i felt it come back at me, i managed it to clarify and to rightfully hold te pther person responsible. Is there a Reveri exercise to crlrbrate and reinforce success?
Hi Chuck, I use the “keep cool” a lot when I know I will be triggered by certain situations or people and I wish I can respond in a better way. It works really well for me. It makes me remember I have a choice in how I respond to certain triggers. I hope this helps.
