Hi Anup, I use Cyclic Breathing, Relieve Stress and Anxiety, the Quick Relief -Focus on What’s Fixable, and the Improve Focus exercises. Good luck on your journey!

One query… when do you do these programs? Is it in start of the day or is it on any specific triggers… is it on daily basis?

Hi Anup,
yes I use Cyclic Sighing each morning on waking, then may choose Relieve Stress & Anxiety or an Improve Focus exercise to start the day. If something feels off during the day, will practice Cyclic Breathing without the app . Sometimes I might during the day do an exercise to help focus or anxiety.
In the evening before sleep do Cyclic Sighing and Improve Sleep .
The Quick Relief exercises and the Quit Any Habit too found helpful. Good luck with your journey
