Do you find value in the 1-minute Quick Relief sessions? Discuss!

When I first started with the app there was a general main hypnosis that he did to get into the hypnosis state. I’d like to have that one back so that I can do it enough to be able to get into hypnotic state for those quick one’s. Because the the fast one’s I feel I’m not in the state before the topic session starts. But maybe I’m doing it wrong, maybe the 1 min sessions are actually putting me in the state?

I like having the option of one minute calming down. Thanks
