What session to use for sports (golf) performance?

I recently started using Reveri to help with performance anxiety on the golf course. However, the only session that appears to be sports related is the Performance Anxiety session. Are there other sports related sessions? I may try some of the others that aren’t sports specific but that help with fear, etc. thanks.

Hi Sevi! Im using the custom goal of Boost Golf Performance, and the ones that have helped me are Review your workouts, Improve concentration and the breathing exercises
